Canada is the world's 2nd largest country in size but also one of the least-densely populated as most of the residents live in the southern parts of the country. There are many world-class landscapes that attract visitors from all over the world, and the culture is an interesting mix of English and French influences.
I've made seven visits to Canada to date visiting the Canadian Rockies, Vancouver, Vancouver Island and Quebec.
Photos available for licensing and as fine art photography prints.

3 galleriesI first visited Vancouver Island as a child in 1986. My family and I stayed in Victoria and visited The Butchart Gardens. My mom and I re-visited the same places in 2009. My wife & son visited for our anniversary in 2017. Photos available for licensing and purchase as fine art photography prints. Most of the photos from this trip have been published at least once so I've been contemplating making another visit to the area to expand my collection of images.

125 imagesVancouver is perhaps the most beautiful big city that I have visited. This is a multi-cultural city full of lush gardens, densely packed skyscrapers and surrounded by water. Parks such as Stanley Park and Queen Elizabeth Park provide a wealth of photography opportunities. I first visited Vancouver as a child in 1986 then returned as an adult with my camera in 2009 then more recently in 2014 and 2017. Vancouver is on my short-list of places that I would consider living outside of California. Vancouver photos are available for licensing and purchase as fine art photography prints.
